Our Mission

To provide our clients with

friendly, fast, reliable, accurate

and professional service.

Our Services

We can provide either a Certified Appraisal or a USPAP Certified Appraisal.

Certified Appraisal

The only real way to determine an aircraft's fair market value is to perform a certified appraisal. To accomplish the appraisal we will go to the aircraft to do a visual examination. The exterior will be inspected for damage, corrosion, loose or missing fasteners, paint condition, airframe condition and tires condition. We check for oil and fluid leaks around engine and landing gears.

We will also inspect the interior of cockpit, passenger area and baggage compartment for condition of seats, carpets, head and side panels, glass, glare shield, etc. We will thoroughly search log books and records for latest airworthiness advisories (AD’s), damage history, for completeness of the log books, maintenance history, etc.

We will make every effort to accomplish this task in a time frame agreed on between appraiser and client.

USPAP

The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America, for financial and legal purposes.

The purpose of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice “USPAP” is to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in appraisal practice by establishing requirements for appraisers.

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of ‘The Appraisal Foundation’ promulgates USPAP for both appraisers and users of appraisal services. USPAP addresses the ethical and performance obligations of appraisers through definitions; ethics for integrity, impartiality and objectivity; knowledge, experience, rules, standards and statements for certain appraisals.

John Polonenko is a NAAA USPAP endorsed Senior Aircraft Appraiser.

Computerized Assessment of Value

For both Certified Appraisals and Market Analysis, the information collected is then incorporated into the NAAA database which uses factual, current sales data on over 10,000 aircraft makes and models, 12,000 Avionics components, and 2,000 Engines to give our client the most up-to-date market values.

All client information is confidential. Our Certified Appraisals are accepted by every financial, legal, government, and private agencies.

Banks and Lending Institutions rely on a Certified Aircraft Appraisal to determine the TRUE value of any aircraft. As a Buyer or a Seller you should too!
